According to sources, Ryan Tannehill is likely to be out for the rest of the season with a right ankle injury.

Tannehill was hurt on Tennessee's first offensive drive when Mack landed on his foot.

Tannehill was taken to the locker room. The quarterback returned to the game after missing only one offensive series.

Tannehill's willingness to get back and help the team win will not be questioned, according to the coach.

The injury to Tannehill's ankle was the same one that kept him out of the Colts game. Tannehill missed the next two weeks after finishing that game.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, he took all of the first team snaps. Joshua Dobbs was signed to the active roster by theTitans on Wednesday.

With Tannehill unable to play, Dobbs would take the place of the starter.

The division they've won the past two seasons, the AFC South, has become a one-team race. They play the Texans on Saturday, the same team they played in October, when they won 17-10. Tennessee plays Dallas at home and Jacksonville on the road in the final two games of the season.

Tannehill has thrown for 2,536 yards and 13 touchdown Kuharsky reported that he was likely done for the season.

The offensive lineman was placed on injured reserve because of a knee injury.

The AP information was included in the report.
