The New York Knicks will lose their second-round pick in 25 years due to the league's investigation into the team's signing of guard Jalen Brunson.
The NBA said in a statement that the Knicks engaged in free agency discussions before the allowed time.
The Knicks cooperated with the investigation, according to the league.
