A lot of bad behavior from passengers is dealt with by flight attendants. I feel bad for the flight attendant and the rest of the crew even though they lose their cool. The IndiGo flight from Istanbul to Delhi was the subject of a video posted online. The video shows a flight attendant arguing with a passenger and kneeling down. The flight attendant and passenger talk. The video can be seen below.IndiGo flight attendant & passenger get into argument

There are a few thoughts on this video.
The passenger might have had a legitimate complaint. Maybe the correct meal wasn't loaded because the flight was booked as a codeshare and some request got lost in the process This isn't a short flight either.
Mistakes in providing a certain type of meal are not the responsibility of the crew. The guy is a complete jerk. The flight attendant says he made her fellow crew members cry, so he must have acted crazy towards them. He told the flight attendant to shut up and said she was a servant.
I think it's fair to say that the flight attendant lost her cool and wasn't doing an amazing job deescalating the situation despite what the passenger was doing. I think the fault is with the passenger, but yelling at them to stop yelling at you and responding with "you shut up" doesn't usually make a situation better.
It is clear that this flight attendant reached her breaking point. Sometimes that is bound to happen because we are all human.
A flight attendant had to restrain her colleague after they got into a fight with a passenger. The passenger here sounds terrible, telling the flight attendant to shut up, and calling her a servant.
What do you think about this?
