The fans who want Greg Roman to be fired are not going to get their wish.

John Harbaugh refused to answer any questions about his coaching staff changes.

"We're not getting into all that. I mean, you guys can talk about all that and I respect that. I love the fans talking about everything they can talk about. We're together man. We're a team. We're spending all of our time getting ready for the Atlanta Falcons with every ounce of energy and fiber we got with a bunch of very, very good people at what they do, who understand everything about our team better than anybody else possibly could. You know the end of the bar talk conversation is for the people sitting at the end of the bar."

The fans are clearly fed up with what's happening. There were pieces of paper that called for Roman's firing outside of the facility. The video of the scene was deleted by Tyus Bowser.

Ravens HC John Harbaugh says he's talked to Tyus Bowser about this instastory video. Tyus has also talked to OC Greg Roman about it.

"I could go on a social media rant. I don't care about any of that. I'm not foolish enough to live in that world."#RavensFlock pic.twitter.com/UjoQoFScEw

Harbaugh said that when things like that happen, you communicate with one another and find out there's not much there. I don't know why anyone lives there.

The performance of the offense since a Week 10 bye is not helping Roman's cause.

The Ravens did not score more than 16 points in that stretch. They have averaged 328.2 yards per game over the last 11 weeks.

Lamar Jackson injured his knee. The Most Valuable Player left a Week 13 win over the Broncos after playing 10 snaps. Huntley has been in charge.

The Ravens offense hasn't returned to the form it was in Jackson's time. Baltimore was first in offensive efficiency that year, but fell to 11th in 2020 and 17th in 2021.

Jackson's injury has reinforced how reliant the team has become on him.

If a team is on the verge of making the playoffs, firing or demoting the head coach would be desperation. It seems like Roman won't be leaving.

Harbaugh might have a hard time making a decision if the trend continues.
