If the Baltimore Ravens didn't realize the level of outrage toward their struggling offense, they got a sample of it when they walked up to the team facility.
A group of handwritten flyers that read "Fire Greg Roman" were left outside the entrance by someone. The piece of notebook paper that Tyus Bowser posted a video of was deleted from his account.
The Ravens' 13-3 loss in Cleveland on Saturday was their lowest point total in a regular-season game in 14 years. Since the bye week, Baltimore's offense has scored a league-low 13 points.
John Harbaugh was asked if he was going to change his coaching staff.
Harbaugh said they weren't getting into all that. You guys can discuss all that, and I respect that. The fans talk about a lot of things. Man, we are together. We're a group of people. We're spending all of our time getting ready for the Atlanta Falcons with a bunch of very, very good people at what they do, who understand everything about our team better than anyone else. The people at the end of the bar are the ones who end the bar talk.
Harbaugh said he has spoken to Roman about what he posted on social media, and that he has spoken to Bowser about it as well.
Harbaugh said that when things like that happen, you find out that there isn't much there. I don't know why anyone lives there.
Harbaugh was asked if he was interested in how the flyers got to the entrance. I don't pay much attention. I'm not a person who protects you. It's got to be security's concern. The paper is paper.
Roman walked from the stadium to his car after the game and fans shouted obscenities at him while he was on the phone. One fan yelled "Get the f--- out of here"
The Ravens were almost unstoppable in Roman's first season as their OC. Lamar Jackson set a single-season rushing record for quarterbacks with 1,206 yards while leading the league with 36 touchdown passes.
Baltimore has had difficulty getting into the end zone. The Ravens have scored 21.7 points and 30 touchdown.
Harbaugh said that there are going to be times when you will have a bad day. We don't like them. You have to pull yourself off the mat and go win the next game if you want to be upset about it.
Jackson may not return for Baltimore's next game. Jackson has missed the past two games with a knee injury.
"I think it's probably not the time to put a lot of information out there on our injuries, just for competitive purposes," Harbaugh said.
