The sophomore is the third player from Arizona to transfer to USC.
After taking the job, Lincoln Riley didn't waste any time with the transfer portal. A group of 20 players were added by him.
Results were delivered by the strategy. USC finished the regular season with an 11-2 record and was one win away from making the College Football Playoff, but they lost to Notre Dame in the last game of the season.
Riley is hoping that the offense doesn't miss a beat with Singer targeted. While he didn't match the pace that helped him win the Fred Biletnikoff Award, he was still the leader in USC's three major receiving categories.
