At this year's I/O, there was a new series of tablets called the Pixel. We've seen previews of the tablet before, but now we can see it in person.
It is expected to come with a more prominent 11-inch display with a basic looking design, besides the live images that just popped up on the web. The next-gen Tensor processor is likely to be placed in the middle of the range and cheaper than the 11-inch Tab S8.
It's not the first time that Google has its devices on sale ahead of their official launches. The most recent devices to be sold online were thePixel 7 Pro andPixel 6a.

The first look at howAndroid can scale across large-screen devices like tablets and foldables can be found in the new version of the software. There will be more launches in this space in the years to come, with the likes of Realme, OPPO, andXiaomi introducing new products.
The introduction of its first tablet in seven years is going to re-enter this segment. During the hardware I/O keynote, Rick Osterloh showed off an early look at thePixel Tablet, which will be released in 2023.
The most intelligent tablets in the world are designed to be the perfect companion to your phone, according to Osterloh. The hardware is powered by a custom platform, but no details about it were shared.
We didn't get much in the way of a screen size, but Osterloh confirmed that the tablet will be positioned in the premium segment, meaning it will go up against the bestAndroid tablets, and that it is on the larger size.
It's interesting that the brand is willing to talk about the existence of the product despite the fact that the product won't be launched for another year.
Doing so will allow the company to reinforce its commitment to tablets. The goal is to give current Pixel owners a first-party alternative to the likes of the iPad and other tablets.
For the first six years of its hardware efforts, Google has been focused on phones, but with the introduction of the Pixel Watch, and the upcoming launch of thePixel Tablet next year, the company is finally building out a broader array of devices.
