Live translations, custom meeting branding, and advanced meeting protections are just some of the features that can be tested with Microsoft Teams Premium.

Microsoft Teams Premium is an add-on for Microsoft Teams that introduces a host of new features that make meetings on the platform more personalized, intelligent, and secure. A 30-day free trial of the preview is available on the Microsoft365 admin center.

It is possible to try out features such as live translation of 40 languages into a caption, custom meeting templates, and advanced webinars with interactive Q&A and attendee reporting. watermarking and labels, as well as end-to-end encryption, are included in the preview. Users can be restricted from recording meetings and copying/pasting the meeting chat.

During the free 30-day trial, not every Teams Premium feature will be available. The preview trial in January will see the introduction of custom branding for meetings, which will allow organizations to set branded background and corporate logos within the meeting lobby. If you would like to try out a feature, you can check availability on the Microsoft Tech Community.

Users can sign up for a mailing list for more updates if Microsoft rolls out features for Teams Premium during December and January. Users will no longer have access to Teams Premium features once the 30-day free trial is over. The general availability of Teams Premium is expected to cost $10 a month.
