According to a new report, Apple has stopped negotiations for the streaming rights of the Sunday Ticket package after being considered the front runner for the rights.

There have been rumors for months that Apple would be the winner of the NFL Sunday Ticket package, but signs of negotiation issues emerged earlier this year when CNBC reported that Apple wanted more contractual flexibility than the NFL was interested in providing
Apple didn't want to simply act as a conduit for broadcasting games, but rather wanted more comprehensive partnerships with sports leagues.
Apple announced in June that it will stream every live MLS match on its TV app without any restrictions. MLS highlights, analysis, and other content can be found on the TV app and Apple News.
There would have been restrictions on the NFL Sunday Ticket package deal. Pricing was a sticking point with Apple wanting to fold Sunday Ticket access into the price of an Apple TV+ subscription.
The price point was considered too low by the National Football League because it needed to protect the interests of CBS and Fox.
Apple has been trying to get more people to subscribe to its Apple TV+ service. The company has a 10-year agreement with Major League Soccer that will kick off next year. It looks like it won't be added to the list.
