Trump rages against the 'Thugs and Scoundrels' of the House January 6 committee on Truth Social ahead of the panel's likely criminal referrals to DOJ

The January 6 Committee is expected to refer criminal charges against Donald Trump to the Justice Department.

The former president shared his thoughts on Truth Social on Sunday.

The Unselect Committee of political hacks are the same group that came up with the RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA. Trump said on Truth Social that the people who hate our country are corrupt.

He said that the Republicans and the people of the land must stand together against the unselect committee. There will be a dark period in American history.

Insider reported that the House committee is expected to vote on Monday to urge the DOJ to charge Trump for his involvement in the Capitol riot.

The Sunday shows started on political news sites. According to Insider, a member of the January 6 committee said on CNN that he believes there is enough evidence to charge Trump with trying to subvert the 2020 election.

The committee is going to recommend that Trump be charged with insurrection, obstruction of an official proceeding, and conspiracy to defraud the US government.
