According to sources, Los Angeles Lakers center Anthony Davis will be out for several weeks with a foot injury.
Sources said that Davis was still being evaluated by a specialist on Sunday, a day after he left the game.
He appeared to have injured his right foot when he collided with Jokic's leg while they were in the air. After the first half, Davis did not come back.
Davis had been ruled out for the game.
If Davis is out for an extended period of time, the Lakers' chances of making the playoffs could be in serious jeopardy. Davis is averaging 27.4 points, a career-best 59.3% shooting, and a 12.3 rebound per game.
The Lakers are 12-16 and 1.5 games out of the final play-in spot in the Western Conference.
