Are you eligible for the Hilton Honors Business Amex?

The eligibility for the welcome offer is determined by each credit card. You can only get the bonus on each card once, so if you have never used the business card, you should be able to get it.

The American Express card application rules include a limit on the number of cards you can have at a time. Amex credit cards are easy to approve for those with excellent credit. If you apply for an Amex business card, it doesn't count as a further card towards Chase's limit.
