According to The Sunday Times, the royal family needs to apologize in person to the couple.

The final part of their docuseries was released on Thursday.

The start of their relationship as well as the rift that opened between them and other royals were described in it.

The royal family has not commented on the criticism the couple makes towards the royals in the series.

Buckingham Palace didn't reply to Insider's request for comment, while William's palace didn't reply either.

According to the Sunday Times report, the two princes want to have their grievances addressed in person.
