The Canadian Football League team said that Christian Saulsberry was shot and killed in Tennessee.
The shooting wasn't given any other information by the Cecily's. Saulsberry celebrated his 25th birthday on Monday.
"First and foremost, our hearts go out to his family during this incredibly difficult time." We extend our sympathies to his friends, teammates and coaches, that he had an impact on throughout his football career.
Saulsberry was a player for the Eskimos in the year 2022.
He was a two-time All-Gulf South Conference selection at West Alabama, where he led the team with 1,223 all-purpose yards in his senior season.
Christian's contributions to our football team both on the field and in our locker room were significant during his one season with the Green and Gold. His energy and positive vibes will be missed.
