Dylan Raiola decommit from Ohio State on Saturday.
Raiola is a basketball player from a high school in Arizona. He is the top prospect and the No. 1 pocket- passing quarterback.
He picked Ohio State over USC, Alabama and a number of other programs. His uncle was retained as Nebraska's offensive line coach when Matt Rhule was hired.
Raiola isn't planning on making any new commitments in the near future according to his father. They will take a break from recruiting over the holidays and then begin the process in the new year.
Raiola threw for 2,435 yards and 22 touchdown in his junior year. Over the past two years, he has added 11 rushing touchdown and has thrown for 3,341 yards and 32 touchdown.
With his decommitment, the Buckeyes still have three Junior 300 prospects committed to them, including a receiver and a safety.
The staff will have plenty of time to find a replacement for him, but he will be hard to replace. Lincoln Kienholz is a three-star quarterback who recently switched from Washington to the staff.
