According to Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic, the Los Angeles Dodgers are interested in trading for a center fielder.

The Chicago Cubs signed Bellinger to a one-year contract after he was non-tendered by the Los Angeles Dodgers.

The Los Angeles Dodgers are looking for a replacement for Bryan Reynolds, as well as Dylan Carlson and Jarred Kelenic.

Reynolds was selected to the All-Star team in 2021. He finished the season with 27 home runs, seven stolen bases, a.262 batting average and an.807 OPS.

His.912 OPS was 11th in the majors in 2011.

He requested a trade earlier this month and is a good fit for the Dodgers. It might be worth it for Los Angeles as it tries to win a World Series because of his past production.

The Dodgers could potentially get a steal with a high-upside player.

Kelenic was one of the top prospects in baseball heading into the 2021 season and has crushed it in the minor leagues, but he's hit just.168 in two years in the majors.

Carlson hit just.235 with eight home runs last year, after he was a nominee for the award.

Thomas had a.231 average and.619 OPS, but he was a plus defender who had six defensive runs saved.

Los Angeles has a loaded lineup and can afford to take a risk in center field.

Chris Taylor and Trayce Thompson are internal candidates if the Dodgers don't make a trade. After Brandon Nimmo re-signed with the New York Mets, there weren't many impact options left in the market.
