Less than a week after Musk bought the platform, almost all of his team got fired, according to a laid off manager.

In an interview with Insider on Tuesday, shevat said that that was a difficult night. He said that his team was made up of 150 employees.

On November 4, the first wave of layoffs took place. Shevat said that he and his team kept in touch with each other because they didn't know what was going to happen.

Shevat said he got a message from one of his engineers that said his computer was bricked. The worker said their laptop had stopped working.

Shevat said he saw most of his team get fired from 10 pm to 2 a.m.

Shevat looked at his phone and saw that he had been locked out of his company's account. The way that many other staff found out about being laid off was similar.

Shevat was told in an email that he had been laid off. The company never sent the information about the package to him, despite the fact that he was promised it.

Due to mass firings, there wasn't a single person as a point of contact that we could talk to.

Around Thanksgiving, there were further layoffs. Shevat said all of them but two were cut.

"Elun did not do what he was supposed to do." "It was not right on multiple levels, and I have filed a claim against Musk with the help of his attorney." Thetextbook case of how not to do layoffs was found on the micro-blogging site.

They didn't reply to Insider's request.
