Arch Manning's commitment to Texas has begun to improve the football program. There is a time and a place for this.
Anthony Hill became the second five-star recruit to commit to the Longhorns.
Hill is one of the top outside linebackers in the class.
Hill had been committed to Texas A&M since July, but changed his mind at the last minute.

He had taken a visit to Texas prior to his first commitment. The Longhorns were able to get Hill to sign with them less than a week before the early signing period began.
Hill's addition means Texas now has three linebackers who are committed to the school. The second five-star commit in the class is quarterback Arch Manning.
Hill is one of three five-star recruits that Steve Sarkisian has on his staff.
