Jefferson: There's no silver lining for Warriors with Steph out (1:52)

Tim Legler and Richard Jefferson are reacting to the news that Curry is out for a while. There is a time and a place for this.

According to sources, Stephen Curry will miss a few weeks with a left shoulder injury.

Curry was hurt when he tried to steal the ball from Smith in the third quarter of the Pacers game.

Curry held his left shoulder as he ran down the court. He was looked at by two trainers after the Warriors called a timeout. Curry returned to the locker room and was ruled out of the game in the fourth quarter.

He was going to have an exam on his shoulder.

Half of the Warriors' 80 points at the time of Curry's injury were scored on 11-of-19 shooting, including five 3s and a perfect 11-of-11 from the free throw line. He has averaged 30.0 points and 6.8 assists for the season while shooting 50% from the field and 42% from 3.

Golden State lost on Wednesday to fall to 14-15.
