We are having fun. The cast of Party Down is celebrating good times with a new trailer for the third season. Twelve years have passed since the cancellation of the comedy, but there are still some things that haven't changed. February 24, 2023 will be when the series returns.
Most of the Party Down Catering team have moved on, including actor/bartender Henry Pollard. After a surprise reunion, the gang are forced to endure the procession of random parties and odd guests all over LA. Six episodes make up the new season.
The third season will include the return of original cast members Ken Marino, Jane Lynch, Martin Starr, Ryan Hansen, and Megan Mullally. The new season's filming could not be accommodated by the great Lizzy Caplan.
There are new additions to the cast. James Marsden is a national treasure. Quinta Brunson will be appearing in a guest role during the season.
Rob Thomas, John Enbom, Dan Etheridge, and Paul Rudd are all back as executive producers.
Christina Davis said that before the cast of Party Down became well-known television and movie actors and award winners, they were all wearing the same pink bowties as part of a less than competent team. Fans have been waiting a long time for this revival to happen and we are excited to be in development with Rob, Paul, Dan and John at the helm.
