Sean Miller won't be reprimanded by the NCAA for alleged recruiting violations during his time at Arizona.
The Independent Accountability Resolution Process' ruling will not cause Miller to be disciplined by the NCAA.
The 10-year show-cause penalty was given to Book Richardson and the two-year show-cause penalty was given to Mark. The men were on the staff of Miller.
A majority of the penalties received by the University of Arizona were self-imposed, including its one-year postseason ban during the 2020-21 season.

A seven week recruiting communication ban was imposed by the IARP.
Richardson was sentenced to three months in prison and two years of supervision after he pleaded guilty to a bribe charge.
Bland and Evans both received plea deals with federal prosecutors. Three men were bribed to steer players towards agents.

Miller was expected to testify during the trial, but the question of whether or not he paid his players was not relevant to the case.
The athletic director at the University of Arizona said in a statement that they were "examining the overall position of the program, and that includes on-court and off-court elements." Miller was fired by the University of Arizona in April 2021.
Miller sat out the 2021-22 season, but was hired at the same time as the Musketeers. He served as the head coach for the Musketeers from 2004 to 2009.
