Air Help Score is an annual ranking of the world's top airlines. The airlines are scored on a 10 point scale based on three criteria: on-time performance, customer opinion, and claim processing. A third of the final score is made up of criteria. The percentage of flights that arrive within 15 minutes of their published arrival time is called on-time performance. The quality of service is assessed by five factors: cabin crew, aircraft comfort, aircraft cleanliness, food offering, and onboard entertainment. The passengers scored each factor on a scale of 1 to 5. An airline's claim processing is referred to as 'Claim Processing'. AirHelp used its own data for this criterion. Tomasz Pawliszyn, the company's CEO, told Insider that combining these three categories provides a well-rounded view of airlines' performances. AirHelp took into account a total of 805 airlines, but only included 64 of the largest airports in terms of passenger numbers and popularity. AirHelp excluded airlines that it couldn't get data from. The company collected data from January to October. AirHelp ranked the top 10 airlines in the world this year. The entrants are grouped according to their scores. The overall score is 8.07. The on-time performance was 7.8. The customer had a 7.8 opinion. There is claim processing. A three-star rating is given to United Airlines. It has an average rating of 3 out of 10. A passenger who traveled on the airline in December said they found a piece of bread in a box with butter all green with mold. The traveler who flew in the same month said the food was bad. A passenger who flew in November said the airline had a good selection of entertainment, free wine, and friendly flight attendants.
