Agholor makes refs stop the game to get Parker off the field (0:16)

Nelson Agholor made the referees blow their whistles in order to get DeVanteParker out of the game. There is a time and a place.

According to a source, the National Football League Players Association has begun an inquiry into why the game wasn't stopped when DeVanteParker showed concussion symptoms.

Nelson Agholor had to tell the officials to stop the game and remove his teammate from the field after he was hit in the first half.

On Tuesday, he thanked Agholor for being aware of the situation, and wrote: "Get on yalls f--- in jobs at theNFL."

Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was allowed to return to the game after hitting his head on the ground and stumbling while trying to return to the huddle. Tagovailoa told the Dolphins' team physician that he injured his ankle and back. He was cleared to play in a game four days later but hit his head on the ground and was hospitalized.

An amendment to the concussion protocol was put in place by the league and the players' union after the review. Ataxia will be added to the list of no-go symptoms.

"'Ataxia' is defined as abnormality of balance/stability, motor coordination or dysfunctional speech caused by a neurological issue," they said. "If a player is diagnosed with 'ataxia' by any club or neutral physician involved in the application of the concussion protocol, he will be prevented from returning to the game, and will receive follow-up care required by the protocol."

At the 4:19 mark of the first quarter, a hit and tackle by Antonio Hamilton over the middle resulted in a head injury toParker.

On the season, he has 23 catches for 437 yards and one touchdown. He played more than half of the snaps.
