The man who shot Lady Gaga's dog walker was sentenced to decades in prison. After accepting a plea deal from the District Attorney's Office, James Howard Jackson was sentenced to 21 years in prison. Jackson was arrested and accused of carrying out a violent act in 2021. A rep for the L.A. County D.A.'s office told us that Jackson pled no contest to a count of attempted murder and admitted the allegation of causing great bodily injury to a previous strike. Jackson was accused of trying to steal Gaga's two French bulldogs by shooting at Ryan Fisher. The video shows a group of people attacking Ryan and shooting him. Jackson was facing the most serious charges, including attempted murder, assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and a felon with a concealed firearm. He was briefly released by mistake earlier this year after a clerical error. At the time, he was calling on police to arrest him quickly. He's leaving for a long time now. It's not clear where things stand with the other four men connected to the case. Ryan has recovered after the two dogs were returned to him.
