A driver from Quincy, Massachusetts has been arrested and charged after he hit an Asian man and dragged him for hundreds of yards before throwing him into a construction ditch.
WBZ-TV reported that the incident happened in the area of Washington Street before 11 a.m. on Friday.
The victim called out the driver for speeding as he stood outside the post office with his sister and children.
I told him to go back to China. I will return to the post office in five minutes. The driver told the victim's sister that he would kill all of them if they were still here.
