In the Americas, the German giant has seen its corporate bookings hit 80% of pre-pandemic levels this year. Seven different Allegris business class options will technically be available in the same cabin class, as the carrier tries to maintain this momentum.
Business class passengers have come to expect direct aisle access and the ability to go full-flat in bed mode, so the baseline features of the Allegris seats will be present.
With an alternating 1-1-1 and 1-2-1 configuration featuring center thrones and center pairs, and with some window seats closer to the aisle, the carrier will be able to cater to different passengers.
The longer full-flat bed will be offered to passengers who are over 6 feet tall, according to the vice president of passenger sales for the Americas.
It is not clear if this is a reference to the front row product. The front row of Allegris will have more comfort and privacy due to higher walls and sliding doors. Travelers can enjoy extended personal space, a monitor up to 27 inches in size and ample storage space.

The Allegris business class will have six more seating options with the highest level of comfort, including seat walls that are at least 45 inches high, and generous space in the shoulder area.
The booking experience will be updated and the technology used to help passengers choose the right product will be revealed in February of next year.
