Mother of Todd, Julie Chrisley's Granddaughter Will fight to Regain Custody

Now that Todd and Julie are going to prison, the mother of Todd and Julie's granddaughter is promising to get her back.

The mother of a 10-year-old girl says she is in the process of regaining full custody of her child. Todd has full access to his daughter.

She concedes that it's been difficult to get the attention of the public. Prior to the Chrisleys moving to Tennessee, the Chrisleys resided in Atlanta. A jurisdictional nightmare has been created in her custody battle because of all the moves she's made.

Todd and Julie's son, Kyle, was having a relationship withAngela. Kyle's drug addiction caused him to lose custody in 2016 and leave his wife with another man.

Todd was left with sole custody after the arrest of his wife, who was accused of filing a false application for Medicaid assistance.

She wants to put the case behind her and bring her daughter home. Todd was sentenced to twelve years in prison for bank fraud and tax evasion.

Last month, we reported that Chrisley was going to get custody of her child once her parents were locked up, but now she's back to square one.
