A man was arrested at a Walmart in Florida after he tried to steal from the store, which was full of police officers.

A post on the sheriff's office's Facebook page said it had arrested a man after he tried to steal from a store.

There was an event with local children and a cop. The office wrote that they just can't make this up.

The Walmart store was filled with more than 40 sheriff's deputies, as well as community services officers and OCSO Majors.

The post said it was a bad idea.

There were images of gloves, perfume, and other items that appeared to be related to an attempted theft.

Insider asked the sheriff's office for more information about the incident.

Target said it has lost $400 million to "inventory shrink" in the next five years, due to increased theft at major retailers.
