When it comes to the late singer's fortune, his family members are all on the same page. The family wants to make sure Prince is taken care of as he grows up, so they want to take everything from his estate. As we previously reported, that's how things would work, given that he wasn't married and didn't have a will. Jane thinks that the family doesn't need the money, and that the person who would want everything to go to his son is the person who died. According to Jane, Prince is the mother of Melanie's ex-fiancée, and they haven't seen each other in a while. The family would really like to have a relationship with Prince and Melanie. Jane told us she asked Angel to take on the role of administrator of her brother's estate after Angel filed a petition. Jane says that Nick was reached out to by his brother in the weeks before he died. Nick was on tour in Europe, but she said he was going to reach out to him once he got back to the States. That didn't happen.
