I enjoy lubrication. I don't think having sex without lubrication is a good idea. The result is sticky, kind of painful, and doesn't leave you feeling refreshed. There is a drawer in the bedroom that is waiting for the right moment. An intimate lubricant should be involved when you're spending time with yourself, a partner, or many partners.

If you are going to use sex toys, you need at least one or two varieties on hand. Sex toys should be used, but that is another story. lube is just as important for sex as condoms and clean hands are. If I show up at someone's house and there is no lube on the nightstand, I will leave.

No boob.

Not everyone is with me on this, that's surprising to me. In the bedrooms I have been in, it has been as common as bed sheets and tarot cards. It isn't your fault if you haven't tried lube before or if you have some reservations. The dark forces gather in the night to try to get at your genitals.

Misogyny tells us that using an intimate lubricant is a failure, and that needing it for sex is a failure. It whispered, "How dare you not get wet; there must be something wrong with your body."

There is a monster under the bed. It tells us that if you use lube, you are a bad lover and that you have failed to get your partner excited. It's not true. Your body is fine. Your technique is fine. Sometimes bodies are not what we want them to be and sometimes genitals are not what we want them to be.

It is not the enemy.

Medical research into sexual health is shaped by these attitudes. I looked into a lot of studies that focused on intimate lubricant focus on curing a problem. A study about how few articles about sexual health mention sexual pleasure was the only one that mentioned sexual pleasure. We should stop pretending that people don't like getting off. That sexual pleasure is unimportant? That's because it is. It's time to put that nonsense behind us.

People know that having a little extra something makes it feel better. It's all about feeling good. Water-based or Silicone-based lubes made from high-quality ingredients can be like rocket fuel for your sex life.

They prevent chafing on the most sensitive parts of your body and make you feel better. It's similar to sexualMSG. Some people are afraid of it.

It is time to get down to business.

Where do you begin? It's easy to get a bottle of any water-based lube. It's going to make things smell weird when you're in the thick of it. It's the same thing with lubes with different flavors. lubes that have a lot of ingredients are not ideal. Don't keep it complicated.

Dame Alu Water-Based Lube

Sliquid is a brand that feels great to use on any genitals and is cheap. They can make you feel a bit sticky after. If you want a more premium lube, I would recommend them to you. The lubes meet the above criteria but leave a nice clean finish and last a bit longer when you use them.

Silicone-based lubrication is one of the major types. Oil-based lubes are the most popular choice for anal and anal sex because they last a lot longer than water-based lubes. It is not recommended to use them for vaginal play or vaginal sex because they can interfere with vaginal flora.

Silicone-based lubes can be used with sex toys, but they can't be used with sex toys. Silicone lubrication can cause toys to degrade. Make sure you use a condom with Silicone lube and Silicone toys. The brands that I like the most are Sliquid and Maude.

My only other advice is to play. Don't play with anyone else. Set aside some time, get a lube, grab a toy, and ham. It's the only way to learn how to use lubes, and the best way to practice is with yourself. How well they apply, how much you like to use, and where the best place to store them are some of the things you can learn about. A good lube will help with sex being easy, friction-free, and feeling great.
