The elderly Home Depot employee who was attacked by a man in October has died, according to the police department.

Police are still looking for the person who attacked and killed the employee.

Gary was injured in the attack and died of his injuries on December 1st.

In the video released by police, the suspect is seen fleeing the Home Depot with a shopping cart full of stolen pressure washers.

The video of the incident was posted to the police department's Facebook page and caused a stir on social media.

The man ran from the outdoor garden center of the store as Rasor stepped out in front of him. The man pushed Rasor down the stairs.

The man was hospitalized with a lot of bones.

The suspect ran away in a white car with a temporary tag from witnesses.
