Ukrainian embassies in multiple European countries received bloody packages this week that contained animal eyes, according to the foreign ministry.
The packages have been sent to embassies in Croatia, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, and the Czech Republic.
Increased security has been put in place for the Ukrainian embassies and consulates that received the packages.
Dmytro Kuleba, Ukraine's minister of foreign affairs, said in a statement that the packages provide "reasons to believe that there is a well- planned campaign of terror and intimidation."

Two employees at the Ukrainian embassy in Madrid were hurt when a letter bomb exploded. More letter bombs were found at a Spanish air base, the defense ministry headquarters, the U.S. embassy in Madrid and the prime minister's office, according to the Spanish Interior Ministry. Spanish officials are looking into where the letters came from.
Kuleba said that the attempts to intimidate them were futile.
