High school football teams in Alabama have had a hard time ousting Thompson. It seems like it will stay that way for a long time.
Trent Seaborn won the Most Valuable Player award at the AHSAA Super 7 Class 7A state championship. Thompson has won the title for four years in a row.
Seaborn was 12 of 14 with 207 yards and five touchdown passes. Seaborn took over late in the season for an injuredZach Sims who received offers from Louisville and Pittsburgh earlier this year.
Seaborn had 1,181 yards and 14 touchdown passes this year. He has offers from several states. It's likely that will change.
Thompson's coach said that he has been blessed with good quarterbacks In the third grade, I met this guy. The ball was thrown by us. He was a special person to me.
Thompson wins fourth straight 7A state title.

Seaborn gave the trophy to Korbyn Williams, who had six catches for 142 yards and four touchdown.
Seaborn said they got closer and closer throughout the year. We work out on weekends and create a bond with one another. I thought that he threw out the ball. His last game is this one. He's deserving of it.
