The French President and his wife were welcomed to the White House by President Joe Biden and his wife.

Following rocky relations between the two during the previous presidency, the allied nations aim to present a united front at the occasion.

The dinner would reflect the US and France's shared values, as well as shared colors: red, white, and blue, according to the first lady.

A number of high-profile guests began to arrive before the dinner started. There is a glimpse into the A-list guest list.
