'Orange Is The New Black' Actor Brad William Henke Dead at 56

A former football player and actor named Brad William Henke has died. The celebrity website has confirmed.

Sources close to Brad's family say he died in his sleep Tuesday. It is not clear what caused the death.

One of the biggest scenes in the entire series is the scene in which one of the show's main characters is killed off.

He had roles in shows like "Justified" and "Lost"

Brad stopped playing football in 1994 due to ankle injuries, but began acting. He was drafted by the New York Giants in 1989.

Brad played for the Broncos and was on the field in the Super Bowl against the 49ers.

Brad began landing guest spots on TV shows like "ER," "Arli$$," "Nash Bridges," "Silk Stalkings" and "Chicago Hope."

Brad's credits include "CSI," "Judging Amy," "Crossing Jordan" and "Dexter."

Brad was a kind man, according to his manager. He loved being in this community and we loved him back. We are thinking of his wife and family.

Brad was older than 50.
