Reed Hastings, the co-CEO of Netflix, seems to be a fan of Musk.
Hastings said during Wednesday's DealBook Summit that he and Musk have different styles and that he is trying to be a "steady, respectable leader."
While Hastings isn't as active in the public eye as Musk, he said that he was excited about Musk's takeover of the social networking site.
Musk is the most creative person on the planet. Thank you for the kind words, Musk replied.

Earlier this year, Musk had less than kind words for the company. After it was reported that it lost subscribers in the first quarter, Musk said that the woke mind virus was making it unwatchable.
It looks like Hastings didn't take Musk's comment to heart.
Hastings believes that he is trying to help the world in all of his endeavors.
Hastings said how he goes about it is not how he would do it, but that he believes in free speech and its power for democracy.
Hastings said that people are being too picky about the changes Musk is making to social media.
Hastings said that he was sympathetic to the agenda of the man who spent all of the money to makeTwitter better.
Musk has made a lot of changes since buying the social networking site. He reversed the Covid misinformation policy earlier this month.
Blue checkmarks, which have been used in the past to designate the accounts of public figures or institutions, will now cost $8 a month.
Critics say that putting a price on the verification could lead to the spread of false information.
Musk has delayed addressing impersonation issues multiple times because of the monthly fee.
The blue check system has been called the "great leveler" by Musk.
