An image of child sexual abuse material was distributed through the social media messaging platform, according to the police department. The account was owned by Kitna and an additional image was distributed from it. When they talked to Kitna at the residence, he told them he remembered sharing the two images but thought they were legal since he found them online. Kitna admitted he shouldn't have shared the pictures. As a result of the search warrant, Kitna's electronic devices were seized, and it was found that he was in possession of three more images of child sexual abuse material. Two counts of distribution of child exploitation material and three counts of possession of child pornography were the charges that led to his arrest.
