Google Stadia hardware refunds will be issued within two weeks

According to an email sent to customers on Wednesday, refunds for Stadia hardware will be issued in two weeks. The cloud gaming service is going to shut down on January 18th. Purchases of the Stadia controller, the Founder's Edition, the Premiere Edition, and Play and Watch with Google TV packages are all eligible for refunds.

The software refunds began earlier this month, and the hardware refunds were promised at the time of the shutdown. You will get an email confirmation once you receive your hardware refund, according to the email. The majority of refunds are expected to be processed by January 18th.

You won't be able to play games on Stadia once it closes. You can bring your Stadia saves over to other platforms if you know how.
