The creator rewards program that allowed creators to earn money by creating content around monthly prompts has been shut down.

The creator rewards program will end in November of 2022. Thank you for partnering with us. In a note on its creator rewards help page, pinsy said it was committed to exploring more ways to help you find success on pinsy.

Idea Pins were created by participants in the rewards program to earn cash.

A one-time bonus will be paid to creators who participated in at least one reward goal for August, September, or October. The company didn't say how much the bonus was.

The program is being closed in order to focus on other creator programs. The company said it would invest $20 million in the program when it was first introduced. The company injected an additional $1.2 million into the project this year after launching a $500,000 creator fund last year. This project was created by the social network to help creators fromunderrepresented communities.

The Creator Fund, Idea Pins, and paid partnerships are still going strong.

Social media companies have been making changes to their payment programs. The payouts to creators were reduced last month. Meta announced in September that it is closing its Live Shopping program. The affiliate program that allowed creators to get a commission if users bought tagged products from their posts was closed by the social media giant.
