It's likely that the company will follow its previous tiered update schedule based on the cost of the device. Three major OS updates are included in the price of the OnePlus 8, 9, and 10 line of phones, while less expensive phones get two major OS updates

Two of the best budget phones on the market, the N20 and N200, only get one major OS update and three years of security updates. Since the phones are less expensive, it makes sense that they wouldn't get more updates.
