The second trailer for The Super Mario Bros. Movie featured Princess Peach and Donkey Kong, as well as a new character. There were more Easter eggs in the film than in the first clip.

The latest clip is a full-length trailer that shows off more of the film's story and universe. The story of Mario, Peach, and an army of toads banding together to defeat Bowser is set up. There were many more "blink and you miss it" moments that fans will like.
Towards the end, Mario and company are shown riding on karts. The Mushroom Kingdom crew landed on Rainbow Road after jumping off a ramp. One of the monkeys driving on the left side of the frame appears to be an early version of Donkey Kong Jr.
The character of Donkey Kong is reminiscent of the original illustrations of the ape rather than the modern one. In the opening cinematic of Super Smash Bros., we see a shot of multicolored yoshis stampeding through a grassy field.
Some of Mario's classics are included in the trailer. A scene shows him flying in a tanuki suit, while Princess Peach touches a fire flower. Mario is in a 2D platforming environment, where he bumps up against fire bars and falls. The sight of Mario jumping Cheep Cheeps is familiar to anyone who has played the games.
There are many more Easter eggs hidden in the trailer. Princess Peach's statement that the world has manygalaxies is sure to cause some fans to wonder.
