The couple screamed after boarding the flight.
Two people were put on a no-fly list after they boarded a Frontier flight without having their boarding passes scanned.
The pair didn't want their luggage measured by the gate agents so they rushed to the plane.
A couple can be seen in a video arguing with flight attendants who asked them to leave the plane.
The couple ran through bag measures and scanned their boarding pass. "I was refused to get off the plane."
An airline employee told the duo that they would have to deplane the plane if they didn't get out of the way.
The passengers are told to get off the plane by other passengers.
One of them said they were tired. We flew for 20 hours with our money. You don't know what we've been through
We arrived at the airport two hours earlier. We're exhausted. We are not leaving.
She says that they paid for their ticket the same way as everyone else. We did the same thing as y'all. I don't want to get off the plane.
Law enforcement was allowed to confront the rule-breakers after the cabin crew deplaned all passengers.
The flight was delayed for 2 hours after the pair were taken off.
The pair are no longer allowed to fly with Frontier Airlines.
