The depths of Donald Trump's audacity were measured by Sen. Romney after the former president met with antisemitic rapper Ye.

Romney said that there was no bottom to the degree to which Trump would degrade himself and the nation.

Trump denied that he invited or knew who he was when he had dinner with Ye and Fuentes at his house. The former president didn't change his guests' beliefs despite announcing his candidacy last week. According toYe and other sources, Trump praised the man.

Romney said that Trump doesn't see anything wrong in his actions.

Romney said that it was a characteristic of his approach that he either said it was a joke or didn't know what was happening. It degrades him to do what he did. It makes the country less attractive as well. It's very sad.

Romney voted to remove Trump from the White House during impeachment proceedings.

Romney said he didn't think he should be president of the United States. He shouldn't be the party's nominee in 2024. I don't want him at our party. The issue is a character one.

The former Vice President called on Trump to apologize for his poor judgement.
