Jerry Jones said that the Dallas Cowboys' interest in Beckham will not be affected by his removal from the American Airlines flight.
Jones stated that his behavior is not an issue with him. It's with a lot of people. The thing isn't with him.
"I think we're moving full steam ahead," McCarthy said when asked the same question.
Beckham was in and out of consciousness and refused to leave the plane. His attorney said the incident was the result of an overzealous flight attendant.
Beckham is scheduled to meet with the Cowboys on Monday, which is after he is expected to meet with the Giants and Bills.
Jones said that he liked that people looked at what preceded them before they came to visit. We don't have anything to back away from that.
There could beittent talks with Beckham before he arrives. After the Thanksgiving win against the Giants, Jones said he had talked to Beckham and that he was very genuine. It is very competive. Doesn't feel like he's out of it feels good about himself I think he makes people feel confident but still compatible. He would fit in well with us.
Beckham was injured in the Super Bowl with the Los Angeles Rams and is expected to make a full recovery. Jones made it clear that the addition of Beckham is about 2022, not the future, even though the Cowboys have not been shy about their feelings about Beckham.
This is the year we have to have. Jones said it was important. It has to be a large part of this year. We have almost the whole show ahead of us, but we need to have a situation where we can make a difference.
