The Italian car company is being revived as an electric car brand by its owner. The company plans to make three electric vehicles in the next two decades: a new Ypsilon, new Delta, and a new flagship. The brand is getting a new logo which is reminiscent of its 1957 design.
The plan is for Lancia to sell electric cars. The company only sells one car in Italy. It shouldn't be difficult to phase out sales of its cars.
The new design language that Lancia has revealed will be used in the creation of the upcoming three cars. The sculpture is a three-dimensional manifesto of these design principles. The sculpture is called "Lancia Pu+Ra Zero" because it is a work of art in which the past and the future are in constant contact.
If you were wondering, it's called "Pure and Radical."
According to Autocar, the electric cars are likely to be based on the STLA small electric platform, which is being used for the PSA e-208 and the Vauxhall Corsa Electric. The new cars are expected to be sold in Italy and a few other European markets.
