The Chinese phone maker has confirmed that the next version of its Android skin will be unveiled on December 1.
On Weibo, the company confirmed that it will reveal theXiaomi 13 and 13 Pro on December 1, at 7 pm. In the new tab, you can see Beijing time. It might take a few weeks or months before the devices make their international debut after the launch event in China.
One variant of the upcoming devices is said to be similar to the iPhone 14. It looks like it has a similar design to Apple's.
The other model seems to have a curved display, which indicates that it's the Pro variant. Thanks to the renders shared by the leaker, we have a good idea of what the phones look like. According to the renders, theXiaomi 13 Pro will have a punch-hole for the selfie camera and a three-lens camerabump.
There were previous rumors that it would have a 50MP main camera. There is a rumor that the Xiaomi 13 Pro will have a 4,800mAh battery that supports 120W fastcharging.
The standardXiaomi 13 could have a square camerabump that is similar to the one on the iPhone 14. One of the three cameras seems to have a smaller lens than the others.
In a separate post on Weibo, it was confirmed that the 12 successors will have the same rating for dust and water resistance as their predecessors. TheXiaomi 13 series will have the same branding as their predecessors.
The Watch S2 and the Buds 4 TWS earphones are expected to make their debuts at the event.
