Ferrari Vision Gran Turismo
Ferrari / Polyphony Digital

Some of the world's largest automakers, including Jaguar and Mercedes-Benz, have been able to imagine what their cars would look like without real-world constraints. Polyphony Digital announced over the weekend that a new entry in the Vision stable would be arriving in Gran Turismo 7 on December 23rd.

Any production vehicle would be shamed by the capabilities of the Vision Gran Turismo. The V6 engine found on the 499P hypercar will be used in a more extreme version of the concept car. In-game, the single-seat hybrid will produce more than 1,000hp, with three electric motors.

"We wanted to create a vision of the future designed without constraint, but born from Ferrari's unparalleled understanding of engineering, aerodynamics and future technologies, and deliver it into the digital world for a whole new audience to experience," said the design director. There is a quiz in the game. If you complete it before anyone else, you'll get early access to the game.
