According to Shams Charania of Stadium and The Athletic, T.J. Warren wants to return against the Raptors on December 2.

Warren has been progressing to five-on-five play as he recovers from his foot injury.

He hasn't played an NBA game in over a year. He missed the rest of the 2020-21 season and the entire 2021-22 season due to surgery on his left foot.

The Nets signed Warren to a one-year deal after he missed all of 2021.

He said that he was doing everything he could. The training staff has done a great job. I'm happy that I'm on track.

Warren played only four games in the last two years, but he has shown plenty of upside when he's healthy. The 29-year-old averaged a career-high 19.8 points per game during his last full season in 2019.

During the NBA restart from the COVID-19 epidemic, Warren averaged 31 points in six games in the Magic City.

He could provide some much-needed scoring depth for the Nets. Brooklyn is in a tie for 10th in the Eastern Conference with a 9-11 record.
