According to a report, Rodgers has avulsion fracture in his thumb.

Ian Rapoport reported that the injury is more severe than was previously reported.

The injuries have become a storyline.

He told reporters that he didn't want the injury to sideline him and that he had been playing through a broken thumb.

He said that it doesn't make a difference. It doesn't change anything. You could see the tape on my hand. It didn't change anything.

He said that he had had worse injuries. The days off helped. This week, I feel better.

The injury may have affected Rodgers' comfort and accuracy throwing the ball.

In the first five games of the season, the four-time league Most Valuable Player completed 69.7% of his passes with eight touchdown and three interception. In the next six, the Packers only won one and his completion rate went down to 62 percent.

In total, Rodgers has thrown for 2,542 yards, 19 touchdown and seven interception while completing 64.6% of his passes, well off the statistical pace he set in each of his last twoMVP-winning seasons.
