On his show, he hedged on his knowledge of Trump.

According to Josh Hawley of The Washington Post, the fourth member of the dinner party, Karen Giorno, said that Trump was impressed with Nick and his knowledge of Trump World. Giorno said the president didn't know who he was.

Giorno told Trump that he was better when he was fiery and off the cuff, while Fuentes told him that he was better when he was calm. She said that at some point the discussion got heated.
